A person suffering from poor self esteem is too afraid to take necessary risks, is constantly examining himself for failure, has very little trust of others and would rather remain in the background than move upfront where leaders hang out.


If you recognize some of these traits in yourself then these 7 easy steps to boost your self esteem will help you overcome your issues.

Stop getting angry at the wrong things!

Get angry at poor self esteem and the reason you are suffering with this dreaded condition. Make a list of all the opportunities you’ve missed because of poor self esteem.

Get angry enough to determine that you’ll do whatever it takes to defeat poor self esteem.

If you have developed spiritual beliefs use them to help get over a lack of self worth.

Most spiritual doctrines adhere to the teaching that you have great inner power to be, do and have anything you set your mind to.

Prayer and studying the teaching you believe in will help you overcome a poor self image. Use these tools on a daily basis.

This isn't to say you need spirituality, but as most people have some degree of belief...USE IT!

You may not have won an Oscar or an Olympic Gold Medal, but you have had successes that you may not feel are important.
