The wrong crowd can significantly affect your attitude and drain your motivation. Surround yourself in the right type of people and you can stay on track with far greater ease.

Some people on diets find that they can stick to a diet for a full week if they can have a huge binge once a week with the net result being a positive weight loss.

Other keen dieters find a small treat at the end of the day keeps them excited to get through each day. Find something small that you can be rewarded with, maintain a focus and you will be sure succeed.

By this I largely mean the negative type people.


Somethings need to weighed up when making decisions and negatives definitely need to to be taken into account or failure from ignorance is a real possibility, however negative people only see the negatives and by default can not contribute genuine motivational direction.

Be very aware of the people in your life who seek only to find the things the are wrong with this world and offer no solutions.

These personalities will often try to impart their "considerable" wisdom on to you, so beware of the negative and surround your self with the positive.




11. What's Your Inspiration?

If you haven't got any then get some, there is a whole world of potential out there waiting for you to enjoy so seize the initiative. Find some inspirational stories or some inspirational quotes to put spark in your step and awaken the winner in you.




12. Think The Right Way

The right way of thinking is not a matter of opinion, it is not a whimsical method or a flight of fancy, no the right way is simply the only way.

If you do not think that you absolutely can succeed then outside of complete chance (which by way of odds can be considered not likely) then you can't.

You must believe that what you want is possible, you must believe that the journey you will take will reach your desired destination otherwise either your lack of focus will bring about failure or you simply won't tack the first steps to begin with.




Self belief doesn't have to be corny or arrogant, it has to be honest.

Your honesty with yourself is critical and if you delude yourself then you ultimately hinder your potential. By being confident of our choices, researching adequately and being persistent we give ourselves the wherewithal to not only succeed but to consistently do so.
