Desire - Responsibility - Necessity
By taking ownership of your faults and understanding the absolute necessity to change, you can begin to develop a reactionary process that you can be proud of.
Many bad tempered, aggressive people desire to be like the passive people who seem to have such a calm and collected response mechanism, by holding these passive people as role models you can seek to emulate their behavior and train yourself to take a more passive course of reaction.
